ORDERING

Orders can be placed via email:

TURNAROUND TIME

Our current turnaround time is 1-2 weeks. However, it may vary based on the holiday season. Please contact us regarding your delivery date when placing your order.

SHIPPING

Shipping charges, as well as any taxes, duties, or fees, are the responsibility of the customer. Expedited shipping is available upon request. A tracking number will be sent upon shipment.

Shipping rate calculated by weight.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made via PayPal or CC. We accept Visa & Mastercard. 

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

Please submit any changes or cancellations to us by email within 24 hours of placing the order. For returns or replacements of damaged or incorrectly shipped items, please email us within 5 days of receipt. All merchandise must be returned unopened and unused.
